Suitable for all levels of fitness Beach Fit’s Bootcamp gives you more than just an hour of fat burning like most aerobic sessions. With metabolic conditioning exercises we turn up the heat on fat to ensure enough excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) for continued fat burning way after the session finishes. Up to 48 hrs in fact! It’s time to turn up the heat on fat and get a hot bod.
Beginner to Advanced
It doesn't matter if you are a first time trainee or you've been training for years, all exercises are scaled for you. In addition as we run bootcamp a little more like small group if you are comming in with a past injury we will modify exercises so you can still train with the group and get an awesome workout.
Start Your Whole Day Right
When you train in the morning it can start your whole day off right. You eat better throughout the day, you have more energy and then you sleep better at night. That's a big win for morning training.
Results You Can See
Bootcamp became popular for one reason, it gets results. Though we do run bootcamp a little differently as we don't believe in yelling and screaming. With the right type of motivation we get you working your hardest without humiliating you.
